About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable, proactive Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of Sukhadia’s. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days look the same. You’ll be the central point for customer service, internal coordination, and retail support—helping us keep everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer service inquiries via phone, email, and in-store
Coordinate and track deliveries, pickups, and logistics
Communicate with production, fulfillment, and retail teams to troubleshoot any issues
Assist with inventory or supply requests at our retail stores
Provide administrative support to ownership and operations teams
Support occasional in-store or event-related needs
Travel between locations as needed (local travel only)
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in office admin, retail coordination, or customer service
Strong communication and organizational skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, basic order systems, and tracking tools
Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage multiple priorities
Must have access to reliable transportation and be available to work on-site
Preferred:
Familiarity with Hindi or Gujarati
Passion for Indian culture, hospitality, or food a big plus
