About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable, proactive Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of Sukhadia’s. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days look the same. You’ll be the central point for customer service, internal coordination, and retail support—helping us keep everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer service inquiries via phone, email, and in-store

  • Coordinate and track deliveries, pickups, and logistics

  • Communicate with production, fulfillment, and retail teams to troubleshoot any issues

  • Assist with inventory or supply requests at our retail stores

  • Provide administrative support to ownership and operations teams

  • Support occasional in-store or event-related needs

  • Travel between locations as needed (local travel only)

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in office admin, retail coordination, or customer service
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, basic order systems, and tracking tools

  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage multiple priorities

  • Must have access to reliable transportation and be available to work on-site

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Hindi or Gujarati

  • Passion for Indian culture, hospitality, or food a big plus
