Power Systems Field Service Project Managers

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supervise/Manage all large field service jobs by planning, supervision, customer interaction and work order management.
- Responsible for assisting in quotes of parts and labor times for large field repairs including profitability and supervision.
- The individual will be required to conduct field visits with outside product support representatives to assist in formulating repair quotations.
- Supervise technicians to keep jobs on track
- This person will also be responsible for supervising all outside vendors working on our behalf.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the equipment industry and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
- Strong project management, time management, team building and leadership skills; ability to work independently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, MS Office, D365, SIS and other position related software.
