We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This part-time role involves providing excellent service to customers by assisting with account setup, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. This position requires someone who is detail oriented and thrives in a customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with setting up new accounts and provide guidance throughout the process.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account details using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experiences.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to compile and analyze customer data.
• Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
• Uphold a business casual dress code to maintain a neat appearance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards.
• Contribute to team goals by supporting day-to-day operations and initiatives.
• Experience in customer service or a related field, with a focus on customer satisfaction.• Proficiency in using CRM platforms and database tools.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and EO/IR systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer requests efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively.
• A detail-oriented approach and commitment to providing outstanding service.
