Pay Range: $1,040.77 - $1,092.81 weekly
Schedule: 2-4 hours per day depending on patient needs
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as a PT
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1 year of experience in Home Health
• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Be willing to obtain NJ licensure
