Account Executive

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and closing deals to ensuring customer retention and conducting business reviews. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire sales process, ensuring a seamless journey from initial contact to closing deals and beyond.
• Educate clients on our superior diagnostics portfolio and its impact on improving patient outcomes.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitive services, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Establish and nurture key relationships, contributing to a strategic business plan aimed at rapid revenue growth.
• Focus on both current product offerings and new product launches to maximize market penetration.
• Deliver timely resolutions and outstanding service to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM systems for accurate data entry, weekly reporting, and ongoing pipeline management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Team-oriented and adaptable with a competitive drive to achieve results.
• Proven ability to close deals and excel in a competitive sales environment.
• Strong commitment to customer service and an understanding of client needs.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with medical provider groups, health systems, or related fields is advantageous.

Preferred Experience:

• 2-5 years of outside sales or service experience in the medical industry.
• Sales experience in sectors such as Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Endocrinology, and others.
