Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, closed-door pharmacy specializing in delivering UPNEEQ, a first-in-class therapy. The position requires managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to support patients with their prescription orders while ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service.

Location:
Sayreville, New Jersey

Schedule:

• Variable schedule including day and mid shifts
• Operating hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Two closing shifts per week

Responsibilities:

• Handle a large volume of calls with patients and healthcare providers efficiently and professionally
• Provide exceptional support to patients and physicians, ensuring timely and accurate assistance
• Accurately enter data and prepare prescriptions with meticulous attention to detail
• Maintain precise records of patients, physicians, and prescriptions in compliance with company policies
• Identify and report adverse events following standard operating procedures

Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy Technician license in New Jersey (clear and valid)
• One or more years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, preferably within a mail order or closed-door setting
• Excellent data entry skills and strong attention to detail
• Prior experience in retail pharmacy considered
• Candidates with stable work history preferred; avoid frequent job changes within the last year
