An opportunity is available for an Evening Shift Staff Pharmacist in a closed-door, long-term care facility located near Marlton, NJ. This direct hire position offers the chance to work with a growing pharmacy team providing high-quality care and medication management.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial medication reviews using the Frameworks software system (training available)
- Perform final medication verification and checks to ensure accuracy
- Supervise pharmacy technicians during the shift
- Dispense medications efficiently in a high-volume setting, processing roughly 600 prescriptions per day
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday: 6:00pm to 2:30am
- Rotating every other weekend
- Weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday: either 11:00am to 9:00pm or 1:00pm to 10:00pm
Qualifications:
- Active, clear NJ Pharmacist license required
- Demonstrated pharmacy experience, ideally in high-volume environments
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
- Comfortable overseeing and supporting pharmacy technicians
