Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help clients with mobility and physical activities to promote their independence.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their daily lives.
• Administer medications and maintain proper documentation as required.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with grocery shopping.
• Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Home Health Aide (CHHA).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare providers.
• Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to work various shifts.
• Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is preferred.
