We are looking for a receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and solid communication and organization skills. Candidates should also be familiar with business etiquette and have keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting visitors and providing customer service
- Answering phones and taking messages
Managing office supplies
- Providing additional administrative support such as data entry or filing documents.
Requirements
Excellent organization skills
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional attitude and demeanor
- High school diploma or GED
Benefits include paid sick and vacation time, health insurance that includes vision & dental and simple IRA.
Compensation of $17 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
