What You’ll Do

• Lead kitchen team members with clarity, care, and energy.

• Ensure food quality, safety, and speed meet Chick-fil-A’s high standards.

• Coach, train, and hold team members accountable.

• Support the daily operations of the kitchen, from prep to peak service.

• Foster a positive, fast-paced environment where people enjoy working hard together.

What We’re Looking For

• Adults with proven reliability, responsibility, and leadership qualities.

• Experience in food service, retail, or team leadership (preferred but not required).

• Strong character: dependable, honest, and motivated.

• A growth mindset — eager to learn and help others succeed.

• Availability to work a variety of shifts (including early mornings and evenings).
