Short DescriptionThe Senior Executive Assistant I will provide confidential, professional high-level administrative support to two or more C-Level Senior Vice Presidents for the purpose of efficient, effective, administrative operations of the Health System. This role interfaces with both internal and external contacts and performs work of a sensitive nature requiring a high level of independence, discretion and professionalism.
Experience Required3-5 years required
6-10 years preferred
Education RequirementsHigh School/ GED required, associate's degree preferred
Special Requirements- Must be able to maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality in all situations that arise.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management and oral/written communication skills as well as impeccable multi-tasking abilities and flexibility and adaptability to reprioritization of tasks.
- Experience supporting multiple executives and ability to adjust support style to meet the needs of more than one executive simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills; must be detailed oriented with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
