This is an entry level position

Applicants MUST currently reside in NJ or NY state for a weekly commute 2-3 days onsite AND an onsite assessment

This position does not sponsor now and in the future

Base: $50,000 to $55,000

What You Will Do as a Key member of our Team:

As an Insights Associate at Behaviorally, imagine yourself:

• Participate to quantitative marketing research studies from start to finish
• Participate to the creation of key materials needed for the research studies (questionnaire, planogram, quotas sheet, etc.)
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to coordinate multiple tasks
• Work with the customer success team (CRM)

Desired skills and experience:

Executes & supports the design and execution of Behaviorally research studies in line with corporate & COE protocols to meet and exceed quality and efficiency standards

• RESPONSIBLE o Projects: Participate in kickoff calls, create surveys and timelines o Clients: Communicate with internal & external project stakeholders o Delivery: Draft reports with recommendations based on data analysis

• OWNERSHIP o Employ corporate processes to efficiently create quality deliverables o Use Behaviorally digital tools to efficiently execute project tasks o Create work product with consistently high levels of accuracy

• EXPECTATIONS o Actively participate in professional development programs (e.g. GIA) o Accurately record data for COE KPI measurements

o Understand the Behaviorally product portfolio and report development process
