• Do you thrive diagnosing 480V 3‑phase motor controls, PLCs, and VFDs under real production deadlines?
• Can you move seamlessly from a Permit Cliqs work permit review to a precise transmitter calibration?
• Are you fluent in LOTO, cGMPs, SOPs, and safety compliance—and comfortable improving them?

What you’ll lead

• Open each job the right way—partner with operations to complete Permit Cliqs (work permits) and verify scope.
• Protect people and assets—enforce lockout/tagout and safe work practices.
• Find and fix fast—locate equipment issues, discuss root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
• Own complex diagnostics—service VFDs, PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Siemens), motors , and controls (breakers, fuses, overloads, relays, conduit/cable, protective devices, MCC buckets, switches, calibration controllers, metrology).
• Keep the plant in tune—troubleshoot/repair flow, pressure, temperature, and level instrumentation (including transmitter flow devices, level controls, and temperature measurement).
• Stay ahead—perform preventive maintenance like routine calibration, thermography, and ultrasonic testing.
• Support additional site initiatives and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Your background

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• 4+ years in industrial maintenance.
• Availability for weekends, overtime (including standby/coverage), and holidays as needed; willing to cross-train within your craft.
• Demonstrated mastery of industrial electrical systems, diagnostics, and metrology.

Compensation & benefits

Hourly: $23.41 – $43.27, depending on skills, experience, education/training, and primary work location.
