• We seek a highly skilled Python Backend Engineer with a strong background in Machine Learning (ML) frameworks and multi-agent systems .
• You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing backend services that power our advanced AI and multi-agent platforms in Nowutalk.
• This role offers the chance to work with state-of-the-art technologies and contribute to the entire ML lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment.

• Python expertise : Proven experience in developing robust, scalable backend services using Python.
• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) frameworks and hands-on experience in building and maintaining end-to-end ML pipelines .
• Experience with multi-agent systems , including frameworks like LangChain or similar.
• Hands-on experience with TTS (Text-to-Speech)and STT (Speech-to-Text)technologies.
• Proficiency in developing secure and efficient RESTful APIs .
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) for scalable deployments.

• Knowledge of micro-services architecture and best practices for scalability and performance.
• Experience with advanced data processing techniques for optimizing model inference.
• Familiarity with AI lifecycle management , including data ingestion, preprocessing, and model deployment.
• Understanding of coordination protocols for multi-agent architectures.
• Prior experience working with high-performance AI-driven systems .
