Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Bay Agency Insurance is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team! As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch service and helping them navigate their insurance needs. If you have a passion for helping people and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you. This is a Hybrid work from position where you will be required to be in the office 2 days per week.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

• Assist clients with policy questions, billing issues, claims status, and policy changes.

• Educate clients on their existing coverage and identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional products.

• Process policy endorsements , renewals, and new business applications accurately.

• Maintain meticulous client records in our agency management system in AMS 360

• Collaborate with agents and insurance carriers to resolve complex issues and ensure client satisfaction.

• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, company products, and service offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in a customer service or insurance role is a plus.

• A Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required

• Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software systems quickly.

• A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
