Pay: $209,000 - $282,000

The role will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

• Providing strategic and financial leadership to the NA Operations organization to support accelerated market growth opportunities while driving cost efficiencies, accretive profit margins and inventory optimization.
• Accountable for the financial stewardship of ~$3Bn in annual costs across all aspects of the NA supply chain, including sourcing materials, manufacturing products, warehousing costs, and logistics, as well as long-term strategic planning, supplier & network strategy, and strategic portfolio management.
• Position plays a pivotal role in optimization of ~$1Bn in working capital (inventory and capital investments), including achievement of short- and long-term goals to unlock cash efficiency.
• Collaborates strongly across Brand Growth, Brand Development, Customer Development, Global Operations, and other functions necessary to accomplish strategic goals while delivering on Service, Cost, and Cash improvements by being an ambassador of the IBP process in the region.
• Role also plays a pivotal role shaping support for our rapid innovation deployment in partnership with Global Brand Development Finance teams, advising on COGS and supply chain investments enabling accurate valuation for new product introductions (NPI) in the region.
• Ensures financial processes and systems are in place in compliance with worldwide procedures and drives accountability throughout the organization, including engaging with internal and external auditors.
• Enhances current practices and develops new solutions and strategies to strengthen the financial knowledge and operating performance of the NA Operations team.
• Talent management, engagement, and development of the NA Operations Finance organization.
• Change agent for key Finance and Operations initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of Finance/Accounting work experience required
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Excellent analytical skills, superior communication, business partnering, critical thinking and problem-solving and prioritization skills required.

Desired Qualifications

• 5+ years at the Finance Management level preferred
• CPA, CMA, MBA preferred
• Experience with Operations/Supply Chain and Consumer Packaged Goods preferred
• Ability to influence and succeed in a matrixed, cross-functional environment and across all levels of the organization needed. Self-motivated individual with demonstrated leadership, ability to work with senior management, people management and development skills preferred.

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

• $214,200.00 - $302,400.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
