We are looking to hire an head receptionist Manager - Chiropractic to join our team! You will be responsible for front desk , welcoming and checking in patients to our practice. We need strong personality to run our front desk, this would include include patient greeting processing and being able to work with medical software and exiting the patient reestablishing next appointment and taken care of payment for services. Would like to have someone that has previous experience in a medical chiropractic office and hopefully has been a Chiropractic patient and understands what Chiropractic does.This is a great opportunity to join an established practice and work in a family-friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and verify insurance upon arrival
• Manage patient scheduling or processing
• Enter patient information in our Lytec Software system
• Working with insurance companies for follow-up on payments
• Use Curogram for the patient schedule
• Collect patient payments upon completion of service

​ Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a chiropractic or medical practice is preferred
• Previous experience using Lytec Software or a similar medical practice software is desired
• Previous experience using Curogram or other scheduling software is a plus!
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
