Job Description and Responsibilities

White and Williams LLP, a large multi-practice law firm seeks an enthusiastic associate for our litigation department. Ideally, the associate would have recently completed a judicial clerkship or have 1-4 years of experience in handling a variety of litigation. NJ Bar admission required; NY Bar admission preferred along with excellent academic credentials. Candidates should have experience, commensurate with their years, litigating in state and federal courts. Requirements

Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills required. Law review/journal experience is valued.

Law school transcript and writing sample should be provided.

New Jersey bar required.

New York bar preferred.
