Position Overview:
A fast growing ABA company is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Accountant to take ownership of our month-end close process and financial operations. This role is central to their mission of bringing all financial functions in-house, with the added challenge of implementing systems, streamlining reporting, and supporting leadership with critical insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end close procedures for 10+ entities

• Maintain inter-company payables/receivables

• Prepare bank reconciliations and manage fixed assets

• Record revenue and AR entries; conduct bad debt analysis

• Execute allocations, equity transactions, and lease accounting

• Provide projections, assist with tax filings, and maintain cash/accrual books in Sage Intacct

• Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards

• Support budget-to-actuals tracking and ad hoc financial projects

Qualifications and Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (required)

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, preferably within the healthcare or ABA industry

• CPA designation or on the path to obtaining one

• Experience with Sage Intacct (non-negotiable)

• Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and advanced formulas)

• Strong communication skills and professionalism

• Experience with CentralReach a plus
