At L'Oréal Operations, we create innovative, inclusive, and sustainable beauty together with our business partners by designing, developing, sourcing, manufacturing, and distributing over 6 billion products globally every year. What You Will Do:

• Develop strong relationships with your key stakeholders, be recognized as a valued partner and influence business decisions.
• Quickly develop a deep understanding of your category and effectively communicate your vision to different levels of the organization.
• Translate and prioritize global category strategy for local needs. Proactive exchange with global sourcing teams to help influence global initiatives
• Develop and implement RFP’s to meet / exceed performance objectives including financial and sustainability goals.
• Effective use of your negotiations skills to clearly define objectives in the contract with SLAs.
• Manage/consolidate category spend analytics and financial reporting
• Own/ develop a strong supplier base and bring efficiencies for your category partners.
• Build KPI’s and guide greater productivity through a total cost of ownership approach

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or greater in related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in Sourcing; preferably in Retail, POS/Temporary displays and/or print
• Strong project management, negotiation, sourcing, and analytical skills
• Knowledge and experience in Retail sector preferred
• Ability to present and tell a story through financial data
• Exceptional computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SRM/SAP systems (optional)
