Prostar Bilingual On-Site Supervisor

Location: Client Site – Budd Lake, NJ
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site; Not Remote)
Salary: $41,600 – $56,160 per year - DOE

Position Overview

Prostar is seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual On-Site Supervisor to oversee daily staffing operations at a client site in Budd Lake, NJ. This role serves as the primary liaison between the client and Prostar employees, ensuring exceptional service, workforce productivity, compliance, and employee engagement.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments who are looking to transition into a leadership-focused career with growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day on-site operations and employee performance
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while addressing workforce needs
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, attendance policies, payroll procedures, and company guidelines
  • Conduct employee onboarding, orientations, coaching sessions, and disciplinary actions as needed
  • Maintain accurate employee documentation and records
  • Monitor timekeeping systems, approve timecards, and assist with payroll processing
  • Control operational costs, including overtime, workers’ compensation claims, PPE expenses, and other related costs
  • Partner with branch leadership on recruiting, staffing, and workforce planning initiatives
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred (staffing, warehouse, manufacturing, or customer service environments)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with timekeeping systems preferred
  • Ability to work comfortably in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel throughout the facility as needed
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
