Open Road Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Automotive BDC Appointment Coordinator to join our growing Business Development Center (BDC). As a BDC Appointment Coordinator , you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, helping schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and create an exceptional customer experience that drives dealership success.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound sales and service leads via phone, email, text, and online chat.
• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments.
• Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments, unsold opportunities, and service reminders.
• Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service with every interaction.
• Accurately document all customer communications in the dealership CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and performance goals.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous BDC, call center, customer service, hospitality, or automotive experience is a plus but not required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude with a desire to learn and succeed.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled.
