We are a quick casual restaurant. Our concept is simple, but we are not just any ordinary fast food joint. Our vibe is hip, warm, and welcoming. All of our menu items are chef created and made with only the best ingredients.
We are looking for someone that can embody our concept, our vision, and become part of our team. Someone who is a hard working, an avid multi-tasker and a responsible individual. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow with us.

Front-of-House Associate Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Front-of-House Associate, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer experiences at our fast-casual restaurant!

• Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to our warm and welcoming atmosphere!
• Process customer orders at the counter register, including both in-person and phone call orders. Taking all orders quickly and effectively in a professional manner
• Bringing mouthwatering dishes to our customer's tables
• Maintaining a pristine dining area through keeping the restaurant clean and tidy
• Preparing takeout orders for our customers for to-go orders, phone orders, and online orders through third-party apps
• Be a spokesperson of our brand
• Perform basic cashier duties
• Assist cooks with food assembly when needed

Front-of-House Associate Requirements:

• No experience necessary but recommended. If you are our right candidate, we will teach everything you need to know
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods of time (will be working counter sales, delivering food to tables and tidying up the restaurant)
• Strong communication skills, organizational skills and leadership skills
• Must have a happy, positive attitude and looking to have fun while working!
