As a BODY20 team member, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis! Responsibilities

• Greet Members and maintaining flow of sessions
• Provide exemplary customer service
• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Respond to customer questions, issues, and scheduling sessions
• Respond to new leads entering the system
• Coordinate consultations and walking new bookings through their first sessions
• Work as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members, and superior customer service

Requirements

• Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
• Passion for health and wellness
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
