The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated person to join our Identity and Access Management team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of SailPoint IIQ solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop SailPoint IIQ workflows, rules, provisioning connectors, and customizations
• Develop, build and maintain identity lifecycle processes including joiner/mover/leaver, access reviews, and role-based access control
• Integrate SailPoint IIQ with various systems and applications; eg. Active Directory, ServiceNow, PeopleSoft
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, configuration guides, and support procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, and application owners to ensure effective IAM solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint IIQ functionality and performance
• Participate in audits and compliance initiatives by providing necessary access reports and evidence
• Stay current with IAM trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and implementation
• Strong understanding of identity governance concepts and IAM best practices
• Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, and web services, such as REST/SOAP
• Experience with directory services, such as LDAP, Active Directory, and databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, etc
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
