Responsibilities: Translate current fashion inspiration—from icons to influencers—into relevant, shoppable looks for our customers Connect authentically to understand each customer’s unique style preferences and offer tailored suggestions Serve as a brand ambassador and storyteller, creating impactful experiences that support store goals and deepen customer loyalty Foster a warm, inclusive, and collaborative store environment Support daily operations across the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house as needed Uphold and model our "Words to Live By" values in every interaction Qualifications: Experienced in styling, preferably in luxury or contemporary fashion, and deeply knowledgeable about current designers, brands, and trends A strong communicator who builds genuine connections and inspires confidence Passionate about fashion, service, and hospitality, with a love for helping people feel their best Adaptable and reliable, able to work varied shifts based on business needs Collaborative, positive, and curious—with a strong "can-do" spirit Physically able to move throughout the store and handle merchandise up to 30 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation) A true team player and a proud representative of Gap Inc.’s culture
