Job Summary:

True Progress Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Paterson, NJ. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our mission is to empower these children to reach their full potential, and we're looking for a passionate and motivated individual to help us achieve this goal.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress

• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with treatment teams to ensure consistent and effective therapy

• Provide support and guidance to clients and their families

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions

Requirements:

• Hold a current RBT certification or be willing to obtain one within 6 months of hire

• 1 year of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• Ability to work part-time, with varying schedules, including weekends and evenings

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
