Come and be a part of the exciting and dynamic world of USA as an entry level Supply Chain Associate! We are currently looking for an administrative associate to work with our Supply Chain team. This extraordinary paid opportunity requires a candidate which has graduated with a degree within the last 12 months and is able to work up to 40 hours per week.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Inventory Management & Planning: Manage inventory, forecasting, and order processes to ensure smooth operations.

Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Special Projects: Take ownership of key initiatives and contribute to the team’s success.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain team members and reporting systems to gain hands-on experience.

We Are Looking ForYou’ll thrive in this role if you:

**Have recently earned a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (0-2 years of experience).

Possess strong analytical skills (an engineering, computer science, or supply chain degree is a plus).

Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). **

Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Are a strong communicator with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.

Are self-motivated, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Have a customer-service mindset and a high level of emotional intelligence.

Required Experience/Training/Competencies:

**• Candidates must have received a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree (recent grads welcome)

• 0-2 years of experience

• Possess a 3.0 GPA or higher**

• Strong analytical skills required/ Engineering degree a +

• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite of products including Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, -PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar, contacts, scheduling and task management required

• Have excellent organizational skills, keen eye for attention to detail and proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Possess strong verbal communication, writing and interpersonal skills along with the ability to form strong cross-functional relationships

• Strong attention to detail while juggling multiple priorities

• Possess cross cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence

• Be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic and sense of confidentiality

• Have a "customer service" orientation with ability to escalate issues when appropriate
