Fitness Studio Night Cleaner & Lead / Limpiador - NJ (Part-Time)

As a Fitness Studio Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of fitness studios across Jersey City, Hoboken, and Woodcliff Lake, NJ. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will help create a positive experience for studio clients and staff.

Key responsibilities include:

• Clean and sanitize all fitness studio areas, including floors, equipment, mirrors, and restrooms, following a detailed cleaning checklist.
• Restock supplies, organize the lobby/reception area, and maintain a tidy, welcoming environment for clients between and after sessions.
• Document completed tasks with photos and report maintenance or safety issues using a mobile app or through supervisor communication.
• Follow safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring proper storage and disposal.
• Collaborate with team leads to maintain inventory, track time, and ensure consistent nightly coverage across assigned locations.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Previous professional commercial cleaning experience, preferably in fitness studio or similar environments
• Ability to use a mobile app for clocking in, completing checklists, and reporting issues, including documenting work with photos
• Knowledge of safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment, with proper storage and disposal
• Able to stand, walk, and use stairs for the full shift, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to work across Jersey City, Hoboken, and Woodcliff Lake, NJ within the same week
• Available to work 4 nights per week from 11pm–4am on a consistent weekly schedule
• Has own car or reliable transportation to travel between locations

• Hourly pay expectations within $19–$24/hour
