Responsibilities:

• Maintain the property's curb appeal by policing the grounds, amenities, and parking lots daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Sweep walkways, use a leaf blower to clear debris, and assist with general landscaping tasks like watering flowers or raking shrub areas.
• Clean exterior areas such as sidewalks, driveways, curbs, and around dumpster areas.
• Assist with property emergencies related to weather, such as snow removal or debris cleanup after a storm.
• Clean and sanitize common areas, including the leasing office, lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, restrooms, fitness centers, and recreational areas on a defined schedule.
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of all surfaces.
• Clean windows and glass doors in common areas.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and other communal areas.
• Remove trash and debris from recently vacated apartments (trash-outs) before the make-ready process begins.
• Assist the maintenance team and/or make-ready specialist in cleaning vacant units to ensure they are ready for new residents to move in (“market ready”).
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing demands.
• Reliable transportation to Trenton, NJ.
