Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Seeking skilled Overnight Production Pharmacy Technicians to support a busy long-term care (LTC) facility in the Cherry Hill, New Jersey area. This direct hire role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently during a night production shift of 9:00pm to 7:00am, four 10-hour shifts per week.
Location: Cherry Hill, NJ
Schedule:
- Sunday through Wednesday, 9:00pm 7:00am
- Wednesday through Saturday, 9:00pm 7:00am
Facility Type: Closed door, Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy
Software: Experience with Frameworks preferred; training available
Volume: Approximately 600 prescriptions per day
- Prepare medications in appropriate packaging (blister packs, unit-dose) to ensure timely delivery to residents
- Assist with ordering, receiving, and stocking medications while monitoring for proper storage and expiration dates
- Maintain accurate patient and medication records to comply with facility protocols and safety standards
- Minimum of 1 year pharmacy technician experience
- NJ State Pharmacy Technician license preferred but not required
- PTCB certification preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to function well during overnight shifts and independently manage workload
