Performs, demonstrates and documents technical skills specific to the nursing unit,
Monitoring ensuring the Quality of Health Care Practices
Ensuring the delivery of safe and quality patient care by facilitating appropriate responses from other healthy team members participating in quality monitoring activities
Obtains new physician prescriptions to more appropriately reflect care regimens
Collaborates with members of the health care team
Attends unit based performance improvement analysis meetings, identifying important aspects of care and contributing to the maintenance and improvement of car
