A well-established and high-performing personal injury law firm with offices across New Jersey is seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Attorney with at least 5 years of plaintiff-side experience . This is a opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about helping injured clients receive the justice they deserve and who can manage a caseload independently from intake through resolution or trial.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a full caseload of personal injury matters from start to finish

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Take and defend depositions; prepare for and attend mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings

• Effectively negotiate settlements and communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

• Strategically develop each case to achieve maximum results

• Collaborate with internal staff and maintain strong file organization and deadline tracking

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and licensed to practice law in New Jersey

• Minimum 5 years of experience handling plaintiff personal injury cases

• Strong litigation, negotiation, and trial preparation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload

• Excellent writing, research, and communication abilities
