Treasury Specialist

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Treasury Specialist in Secaucus, NJ. Summary: A retail company is seeking a Treasury Specialist to oversee cash management, credit card transaction processing, and banking relationships, while ensuring compliance with lender requirements. This role will supervise a Treasury Analyst and contribute to maintaining the organization's liquidity and financial health. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash projections, reconciliations, and weekly reporting
• Administer online banking and credit card portals
• Prepare journal entries, borrowing base certificates, and compliance reports
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, resolve discrepancies, and provide audit documentation
• Monitor store deposits and oversee treasury-related budgeting
• Support special projects and financial initiatives
• Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years in treasury or corporate finance, with leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting, reconciliations, and compliance
• Proficiency with NetSuite and online banking platforms (e.g., JPM Access)
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Onsite role based in Secaucus, NJ (5 days per week)
• Experience with lender compliance documentation preferred
