The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesperson & Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique and dynamic position that combines proactive business development with hands-on project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from generating leads and closing sales to managing project execution and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a blend of excellent communication, strong sales skills, and proven organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

• Generate and Manage Leads: Actively seek out and engage new customer prospects through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
• Build Client Relationships: Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of clients, including architects, designers, contractors, and homeowners.
• Conduct Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our wall panel solutions and design capabilities.
• Prepare Proposals and Estimates: Review architectural plans and specifications to create detailed and accurate project estimates and proposals.
• Close Sales: Effectively negotiate and close deals, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring open communication and maximizing satisfaction throughout the sales and project delivery process.

Project Management:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee Project Execution: Manage projects from the initial concept through to final completion, ensuring work stays on track and within budget.
• Coordinate with Teams: Collaborate cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays that arise during a project.
• Reporting: Track and report on project progress, budget status, and key milestones to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure Quality and Safety: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure all work adheres to quality standards and safety protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, estimating, and project management, preferably within the construction, architectural products, or interior design industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Superior organizational and time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
