FYZICAL is opening a new clinic in Fairview, NJ, and we are searching for a motivated and dynamic individual to establish a strong reputation for best-in-class care within our community. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, specializing in balance, vestibular, neurologic, and orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Perform new patient evaluations and exams.
• Design and deliver personalized care plans based on evaluations and patient goals.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Educate patients, family and caregivers to ensure continuation and completion of treatment.
• Learn and utilize the FYZICAL proprietary treatment methodology.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and outcomes.
• Adhere to the company’s guidelines and best practices for clinical operations and billing.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts.

Required Skills Successful Candidates Will Have

• Graduated from an Accredited Physical Therapy program and hold an active New Jersey license in good standing.
• 3+ years work experience as a Physical Therapist (adult outpatient settings a plus).
• Experience in orthopedic, vestibular, balance, neurological and fall risk interventions preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency a plus
• Prior experience supervising PTAs and/or Techs preferred
• Ability to maximize operational productivity through proficient use of software systems, including EMR.
• CPR and BLS certifications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
