Linwood Country Club in Linwood, NJ is looking for one boh supervisor to join our team. We are located on 500 Shore Road. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Supervise cooks and kitchen helpers
- Ensure kitchen staff is adhering to health and safety regulations
- Purchase food and kitchen supplies as needed
- Maintain quality and consistency of all food served
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a BOH Supervisor
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of common practices and procedures in a restaurant environment
