Our tailor-made solutions create lasting results across the public and commercial sectors, and we are trailblazers in bringing neurodiversity to the enterprise. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Oracle Cloud Report Developer to design, build, and optimize critical reporting and analytics across our Oracle Fusion Cloud environment, specifically covering Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Oracle Cloud Report Developer** to join our IT team. This position will be **full-time, remote,** and is a **salaried** position. **What You'll Do** + Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements from stakeholders into robust, secure, and efficient technical specifications for reports, dashboards, and analytics + Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards using core Oracle reporting tools, including Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher (BIP), and potentially Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) + Develop and manage reports utilizing data from multiple subject areas across Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, SCM, and ERP + Analyze transactional data to deliver actionable insights and create compelling, user-friendly data visualizations and analytics + Optimize report performance for large data volumes, manage reporting catalog folders, and define appropriate security permissions + Collaborate closely with functional leads, business analysts, and IT teams to troubleshoot data inconsistencies, resolve reporting issues, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) + Create and maintain technical documentation and provide effective training to end-users on reporting tools and solutions + Stay current with the latest Oracle Cloud updates, new BI technologies, and reporting best practices **What You'll Need** Required: + Expert Proficiency in developing reports using Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) + Strong command of SQL for complex data extraction, manipulation, and analysis + Deep functional and technical familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, specifically data structures within HCM, SCM, and ERP modules + Experience with other Oracle BI tools, data modeling, and data visualization techniques + Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and report development roles + Proven experience developing reports within an Oracle Fusion Cloud environment is required. le + Exceptional data analysis and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail + Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and non-technical business needs + Excellent verbal and written communication skills for requirements gathering, collaboration, and end-user support + Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment **Physical Demands** + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor **Reasonable accommodation statement** If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to [email protected] or (888) 824 - 8111. $115,000 - $130,000 The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
