Support Engineer | SaaS Company

We’re partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company that’s reshaping how technical teams support mission-critical software in the scientific and data space. They’re looking for a Support Engineer to join their fully remote team and help improve the day-to-day experience of their platform’s users.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their software career who enjoys hands-on problem solving, writing clean code, and collaborating across functions in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

• Manage a queue of technical support requests
• Write and test code to fix bugs and enhance features (forms, reports, integrations)
• Collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
• Work with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Python, and templating languages (like Jinja)
• Communicate clearly via tools like Jira, GitHub, and Slack
• Submit and review pull requests
• Gain experience with DevOps and deployment pipelines

What they’re looking for

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent software development training
• 1+ years in a similar technical support or engineering role
• 2+ years of experience coding with Python, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript (academic, freelance, or personal projects welcome)
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones
• B2+ level of English or higher — you’ll work closely with a U.S.-based team
