- Measuring and marking surfaces for asphalt or material placement.
- Applying crack sealing material, asphalt, and other materials to project surfaces.
- Operating various equipment such as jackhammers, pavers, seal coating machines, crack kettles, etc.
- Assisting in the maintenance and repair of maintenance / paving machinery.
- Maintaining a clean and organized worksite.
- Following safety protocols and participating in safety meetings.
- Communicating effectively with fellow team members to ensure efficient project completion.
- Occasionally operating heavy machinery, such as trucks and loaders. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent.
