We’re a collaborative, hands-on team that builds our technology in-house and works closely across departments to solve real problems for real users.
Job Description
EarthCam is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to help identify, develop, launch, and manage strategic partnership initiatives that enhance our products, expand our market reach, and create new opportunities for growth.
This role combines product development, partnership management, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable evaluating new opportunities, managing partner relationships, coordinating product initiatives, and driving projects from concept through execution.
The Product Manager will work closely with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success, and external technology partners to develop and execute initiatives that strengthen EarthCam's product ecosystem and strategic market position.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new product, partnership, and integration opportunities that align with EarthCam's business objectives.
- Manage partnership-driven product initiatives from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Coordinate partner onboarding activities, including planning, communication, training, and operational execution.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to support product development and strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned technology and strategic partners.
- Coordinate partner-facing meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and workshops.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and action items to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor partnership performance and identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and operational improvement.
- Develop business cases, recommendations, and proposals for new partnership and product opportunities.
- Maintain partnership documentation, project plans, reports, and internal communications.
- Support go-to-market activities, product launches, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Contribute ideas for new products, services, integrations, and strategic growth opportunities.

Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Program Management, or a related field.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives from planning through execution.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple priorities across departments and external partners.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and operational execution skills.
- Ability to evaluate opportunities, identify business value, and make data-informed recommendations.
- Experience working with SaaS, technology products, software platforms, or enterprise technology environments preferred.
- Experience supporting strategic partnerships, technology integrations, or partner programs preferred.
- Familiarity with APIs, software integrations, or technology ecosystems is a plus.
- Experience within construction technology, AI, IoT, security technology, live streaming, or video technology industries is a plus.
