Core Responsibilities:

• Provide expert emergency medical care in a fast-paced environment
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Supervise and work alongside APPs
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Required Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from accredited institution
• Board Certification/Eligibility in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/ABOEM)
• Minimum 2 years of hospital-based ER experience
• Current ATLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Eligibility for New Jersey Medical License
• Strong communication and leadership skills
