Responsibilities

• Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with legal requirements

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license in the state of NJ
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or related field

• Proficient in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
