We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal with prior experience . The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the litigation process and have a proven track record of drafting motions and case management. Prior litigation experience is required.

Qualified paralegals are strongly encouraged to apply. Compensation commensurate with experience.

$70,000 - $77,500 yearly

• Manage a caseload of files, focusing on drafting pleadings and of all facets of litigation.
• Conduct thorough investigations into the facts and circumstances of each case, gathering evidence and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and other parties.
• Draft complaints, order to show causes, and other legal documents necessary in litigation.
• Collaborate with the attorneys and legal team to develop effective case strategies and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all case notes.

• Prior litigation experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience.
• Proven case management skills.
• Strong understanding of estate and personal injury law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for clients' interests.
• Proficiency in legal research, writing, and case management software.
