Customer Service Rep - Part Time - Remote | WFH

Are you a customer service professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity? We're seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist customers through phone, email, chat, and social media. This is a short-term, remote position with an immediate start, ideal for someone with prior customer service experience.

What You'll Do:

Engage with customers and gather necessary information to assist them.

Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.

Follow established processes for handling customer inquiries.

Accurately document customer interactions.

What You'll Need:

Experience: At least 2 years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred).

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar and spelling.

Problem-Solving: Ability to listen attentively, understand customer concerns, and provide effective solutions.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with Windows-based software, internet browsing, and accurate data entry skills.

Work Setup: A computer (Windows 7, 8.1, or 10), high-speed internet access, and a phone (cell or landline).

Reliability: A strong work ethic, consistency, and a genuine desire to help people.

Additional Details:This role requires frequent interaction with customers, problem-solving, and attention to detail. It involves prolonged sitting, keyboarding, and verbal communication. While this job description outlines the main responsibilities, duties may be adjusted as needed.
