Landscape Construction Foreman
Outdoor Digs – Northern New Jersey
We’re looking for a hands-on Landscape Construction Foreman to lead crews on high-end residential and commercial projects. You’ll be responsible for ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and with high quality.
What You'll Do:
Supervise 2–5 crew members on-site
Read and execute landscape plans and layouts
Coordinate with the Project Manager and ensure materials and equipment are ready
Operate machinery (skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, etc.)
Handle installations: patios, walls, grading, drainage, plantings, sod, and more
Maintain jobsite cleanliness and safety
Track hours and report progress daily
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience leading landscape construction crews
Strong understanding of hardscape and softscape installation
Ability to read landscape plans and measure accurately
Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Reliable, punctual, and focused on quality
Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Overtime available
Year-round work (snow work available in winter)
