Responsibilities

• Prepare and present property listings, including marketing materials and online advertisements.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences in order to provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients while ensuring compliance with real estate laws.
• Maintain organized records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors to facilitate smooth transactions. 

Skills

• Proven sales skills with a track record of successful transactions in real estate or related fields.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey information to clients and negotiate deals.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple listings and client relationships simultaneously.
• Knowledge of real estate law and regulations to ensure compliance during transactions.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients.
• Administrative skills related to real estate processes including documentation and record keeping.
