Mail Room Associate (Onsite)
- Complete work using procedures standard to the organization
- Applies working knowledge to related work are processes and procedure
- Prep mail and deliver to scan center
- Deliver copy paper
- Affix proper postage to outgoing mail
- Performs clerical duties, including data entry, filing paper documents, email, calendar management, and word processing
- Retrieves, prints, faxes, or mails supporting documentation to vendors or others as directed
- Contacts or receives contact from customers or other claim related third parties to obtain and/or provide necessary file information to comply with quality and process standards
- Generates and sends appropriate forms to insured/claimant for completion
- Completes all necessary forms, logs documents into the system, and routes them to the appropriate parties Supervisory Responsibilities: This job does have supervisory duties Preferred Qualifications: Education and Experience
- College degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of related experience
- None
- Ability to understand team objectives and service requirements
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Pitney Bowes equipment
