● We believe in a work-life balance. Duties Full time position (40 hrs.) available at LADACIN Network’s Residential Facility in Jackson, NJ. Responsibilities include direct supervision of personal assistant staff, managing staff and client schedules and on-call responsibilities, and caring for 6 individuals with physical and multiple developmental disabilities. Requirements Valid NJ driver's license required. Experience with DDD Population. Must be a team player with good communication skills, organized, flexible, reliable, and computer literate. New college grads welcome. Sign-on Bonus- $1,000
