Compensation Range: $80,000 – $95,000/year, with 5% performance-based bonus

Job Description:
The client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to own ERP implementation, business systems, integrations, and long-term system optimization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Serve as the internal point person for the Acumatica ERP implementation
• Partner with vendors and stakeholders to track open items and implementation decisions
• Own and troubleshoot business systems, integrations, workflows, and data connections
• Support ERP connections with EDI, TMS, CRM, warehouse tools, shipping/labeling, and reporting platforms
• Act as the day-to-day liaison with third-party IT and support partners
• Improve inefficient processes as the business scales
• Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, warehouse, leadership, and vendors

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
  • Strong ERP experience with Acumatica, NetSuite, Microsoft Business Central, Great Plains, or similar systems
  • Experience supporting or participating in an ERP implementation
  • Ability to understand how systems connect across the business
  • Business systems analyst mindset with project management capability
  • Comfortable operating as a generalist in a small to mid-sized environment
  • Strong learning agility and ability to master new systems quickly
  • High ownership, accountability, and follow-through
  • Strong communication skills across business and technical stakeholders
  • Stable background with limited short-term project hopping
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • Direct Acumatica experience
  • EDI experience across ERP, warehouse, shipping, labels, CRM, or customer service systems
  • Manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or B2B business experience
  • Exposure to Great Plains or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience supporting systems in a growing company
